1. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Lab Review Client Agreement (“Agreement”) supplements the It’s Psoriasis Terms and Conditions, which can be found at www.itspsoriasis.co/terms-conditions. The Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference and govern all aspects of your relationship with It’s Psoriasis not specifically addressed in this Agreement. In case of conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Agreement prevails for Lab Review specific matters.

2. Lab Review Service Description

The Lab Review is an educational service providing personalised analysis of functional laboratory test results OR guidance on selecting appropriate functional lab tests, depending on client needs. The service includes:

  • Initial Lab Strategy Call (30 minutes)
  • Personalised Lab Analysis Video (approximately 20 minutes)
  • Written Action Plan Document
  • 7 Days of WhatsApp Support (Monday/Wednesday/Friday office hours)

Important Clarifications:

  • The Lab Review is NOT a medical diagnostic service
  • It does NOT replace conventional medical care
  • It provides educational information only, not medical advice
  • It is designed to complement, not replace, your relationship with healthcare providers

3. Scope of Service

What IS Included:

  • Educational interpretation of submitted lab results
  • Identification of patterns and potential imbalances
  • Suggestions for dietary, lifestyle, and supplement considerations
  • Guidance on selecting appropriate functional lab tests (if applicable)
  • Assistance with ordering labs through our practitioner accounts (if requested)
  • Educational support during the 7-day follow-up period

What is NOT Included:

  • Medical diagnosis of any condition
  • Treatment of any medical condition
  • Prescription medications or medical procedures
  • Emergency or urgent care advice
  • Psychological counselling
  • Legal advice regarding medical conditions
  • Guaranteed outcomes or results

4. Lab Testing Process & Client Responsibilities

If lab testing is part of your service:

  • Lab Costs: You are responsible for all costs associated with functional lab testing. These costs are entirely separate from the Lab Review fee.
  • Lab Ordering: We may facilitate lab test ordering through practitioner accounts as a convenience, but you remain responsible for payment directly to the lab company.
  • Sample Collection: You are responsible for proper sample collection according to lab instructions. Improper collection may require retesting at your expense.
  • International Shipping: For clients outside the UK, you assume all risks associated with customs, import restrictions, or shipping delays. We cannot guarantee delivery of test kits or acceptance of samples by international carriers.
  • Lab Processing Time: Lab processing times vary and are outside our control. Typical processing times range from 2-4 weeks from receipt of your sample.
  • Lab Result Validity: We will only analyse labs taken within the past 3 months unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Participation Requirements

To receive maximum benefit from the Lab Review, you agree to:

  • Complete the Metabolic Chaos Scorecard prior to your Lab Strategy Call
  • Provide accurate and complete health history information
  • Attend your scheduled Lab Strategy Call promptly
  • Submit any requested labs or information within 30 days of your initial call
  • Inform us of all medications, supplements, and treatments you are currently using
  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions or diagnoses
  • Consult with appropriate healthcare providers before implementing any suggestions
  • Take responsibility for your own health decisions and actions

6. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • Your Lab Strategy Call must be scheduled within 14 days of purchasing the Lab Review.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) or missed appointments will forfeit the session without rescheduling or refund.
  • After your Lab Strategy Call, your video analysis and action plan will be delivered within 10 working days of receiving all necessary information or lab results.
  • If you have not submitted required labs or information within 60 days of your initial call, your Lab Review will be considered complete without refund.

7. WhatsApp Support Guidelines

The 7-day WhatsApp support period begins when you receive your video analysis and action plan. During this period:

  • You may message during any time of day, but responses will only be provided during designated office hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, specific hours to be communicated separately).
  • Voice messages must be no longer than 3 minutes in length.
  • Messages exceeding this length may not receive a response.
  • Support is limited to questions directly related to your Lab Review results and recommendations.
  • WhatsApp support does not include new health concerns, urgent medical matters, or topics outside the scope of your Lab Review.
  • If unavailable due to illness or holiday, an alternative support schedule will be provided.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
  • Limited Refund Policy: A full refund is available if:
    • You cancel before your Lab Strategy Call AND provide at least 48 hours’ notice
    • After reviewing your case during the Lab Strategy Call, I determine I cannot provide meaningful insights for your specific situation
  • No Refunds Will Be Provided If:
    • You miss your Lab Strategy Call without proper notice
    • You’ve completed your Lab Strategy Call (unless I determine I cannot help)
    • You’ve received your video analysis and action plan
    • You decide not to implement recommendations
    • You are dissatisfied with the recommendations
    • You experience unfavourable results from implementing the recommendations

9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • All materials, resources, and content provided as part of the Lab Review are the intellectual property of It’s Psoriasis.
  • Your video analysis and action plan are for your personal use only.
  • You may share your video analysis with your healthcare providers for your personal health purposes.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials with others for commercial purposes.
  • You may not record, download, or redistribute your Lab Strategy Call without written permission.
  • We will maintain the confidentiality of your health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Results & Expectations

  • The Lab Review is educational in nature and no specific health outcomes or results are guaranteed.
  • Implementation of recommendations is entirely voluntary and at your discretion.
  • Results vary based on individual factors including genetics, compliance, consistency, medical conditions, and other variables outside our control.
  • Improvement in lab markers or symptoms depends on many factors including proper implementation, individual response, and concurrent medical treatments.
  • We do not guarantee that implementing suggestions will resolve any specific health condition or symptom.

11. Client Representations & Warranties

By purchasing the Lab Review, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • You are not using the Lab Review to replace appropriate medical care
  • You will consult with qualified healthcare providers before implementing any suggestions
  • You will not use the Lab Review information to diagnose or treat any medical condition
  • You will not hold It’s Psoriasis responsible for any health outcomes resulting from your decisions
  • You understand this is an educational service only, not a medical service
  • You will not share, reproduce, or distribute proprietary materials

12. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, It’s Psoriasis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Lab Review.
  • Total liability for any claims related to the Lab Review shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
  • It’s Psoriasis is not liable for any adverse reactions, interactions, or outcomes that may occur from implementing suggestions.
  • It’s Psoriasis is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of lab testing performed by third-party laboratories.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the Agreement and your access to the Lab Review at any time if:

  • You violate this Agreement or our Terms of Service
  • You misuse the service or behave in an abusive manner
  • You attempt to use the service for purposes outside its intended scope
  • Continuing to provide the service would be unethical or illegal
  • We determine we cannot effectively serve your needs

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless It’s Psoriasis, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Lab Review or your violation of this Agreement.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Acknowledgement

By purchasing and participating in the Lab Review, I acknowledge that:

I will consult with appropriate healthcare providers regarding my health

I have read, understand, and agree to this entire Agreement

I have read and understand the It’s Psoriasis Terms and Conditions

I understand that the Lab Review does not provide medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis

I accept full responsibility for my health decisions and actions
