health lab
What if you had a tight community that supported you?
A place where you can ask the questions you may not have dared ask before, without judgement. A place you can safely say thing like… “so- the carnivore diet?” and a genuine science informed discussion takes place so you can make informed decisions about your own health.
This works whether you’re on immunosuppressants or trying to take a 100% natural approach. It’s based online in the U.K. and open to everyone worldwide with psoriasis.
Psoriasis is a special kind of beast
Physical symptoms, social stigma and a psychological marathon wrapped with one title… psoriasis. It has the potential to disrupt life in ways that are hard for other people to understand. And when we try to share our frustration with friends, we then have to endure their well intentioned moisturiser recommendations or ‘my aunt has arthritis’ — which can make us feel more isolated and lonely than ever.
So you end up in a forum or Facebook group which feels good at first but then you wake up one day terrified of tomatoes, exhausted by conflicting advice, and a wardrobe full of supplements and feeling utterly fed up.
I know because I’ve been there, more than once!
Instead of another influencer generic PDF or a mis-information rich forum of random people, you’re in the right place if you feel you could benefit from a safe space which has the flexibility to look at health from a generalised, whole body personalised approach. With a tight-knit community of people who truly get it.
Which is why I created Health Lab.
A truly intimate, private space
It’s small on purpose.
This group coaching experience is strictly capped at 10 people.
Psoriasis is a deeply personal, and often exhausting, which is why you deserve a space where you can open up, feel safe, and be heard. And also connect to others. Which is why our 90-minute weekly calls are uniquely structured:
[Recorded]
This is the “academic teaching” block. We dive into the science, the theory and your practical strategies for the week. If you ever miss a live call, this is the only part you need to watch to stay on track.
[Strictly not recorded]
What happens in Health Lab stays in Health Lab, allowing everyone to safely share their wins, struggles, and timelines during discussions, reviews, hot seats and Q&A sessions. No AI invited! — I promise there’s nothing to be embarrassed about and you’ll even laugh… yes, even about genital psoriasis.
Your 12-Week Roadmap
We focus entirely on supporting health, discovering new foods, finding healing opportunities and finding joy, completely steering away from a restriction and lack. Here is how we navigate the 90 days together:
and then there’s more:
Add on functional lab testing
Optional add ons to help you further personalise your plan.
You can add these on at any point until the end of week one of the program.

Hi, I’m Gemma.
I’ve combined my academic background—a master’s in molecular biology/gene expression and an undergraduate degree in applied human biology specialising in the immune system, with real-world experience as a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner and functional medicine health coach.
But my approach isn’t just grounded in academic credentials. It’s deeply informed by my personal journey of using functional lab testing to transform my own health. This firsthand experience has given me a unique understanding of both the science behind healing and the real-world challenges of implementing changes that last.
My words have been published by The European Medical Journal, Health Union, Leo Pharma, and The British Skin Foundation.

The Stay Supported Promise
I can’t promise overnight results, but I can promise you won’t be left figuring it out alone. If you show up, take part in the process, and still feel lost, I’ll provide extra support—whether that’s answering your questions, suggesting next steps, or helping you adjust your approach.
